Gosh - your total waste is excellent for a week; much less than ours.
Your budget is amazing too. I don't know how you do it. Ours is much more than that just for the 3 of us.

I have been keeping a record of the food shop, I will try to get it on here at the end of the month, although lots of the things on there will last much more than a month!
